- Website usage data — collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as identification numbers, health information, or financial account details through our website or standard programme process.
3. How We Use Personal Data
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and providing information about programmes
- Processing enrolments and managing programme logistics
- Distributing programme materials and recorded recaps
- Sending operational communications related to a booked programme (schedule, venue, preparation)
- Collecting post-programme feedback to improve content
- Invoicing for corporate enrolments
We may send information about upcoming cohorts or new programmes to people who have previously enquired or enrolled. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

Under Malaysia's PDPA and general data protection principles, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Consent — when you submit a form on our website
- Contractual necessity — when processing data to fulfil a programme enrolment
- Legitimate interest — for communication about related programmes with past participants, balanced against privacy expectations
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and no longer than required by law or operational necessity. General guidelines:
- Enquiry contact data not followed by enrolment: up to 12 months
- Participant records: up to 3 years after programme completion
- Corporate invoicing records: up to 7 years for accounting compliance
- Feedback responses (anonymised): retained indefinitely for programme improvement
On request, identifiable data is deleted earlier where deletion does not conflict with legal obligations.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies to understand how pages are used and to remember preferences. We use analytics tools that may collect aggregated data about page visits and interactions. You can manage cookie preferences at any time using the controls provided when you first visit the site, or through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with third parties only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers who assist with programme administration (email delivery, invoicing tools) — bound by data processing agreements
- HRDF administration for eligible corporate claims — only with participant consent
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — only where required by law
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These include access controls on systems holding personal data, use of encrypted channels for data transmission, and limiting access to programme records to staff with a need to handle them. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot warrant absolute security, but we maintain ongoing practices to minimise risk.
9. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and general data protection principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data we are not required by law to retain
